What services is MYLO planning to offer?
MYLO is preparing VEU-supported installations for reverse-cycle heating and cooling, heat-pump hot water, ceiling insulation and water-saving showerheads.
Will the discount be included in MYLO’s quote?
Yes. Once the service launches and an upgrade qualifies, the MYLO quote will show the eligible discount applied and the remaining amount payable.
Can rental properties be included?
Many VEU-supported upgrades are available for Victorian rental properties. MYLO will work with the relevant parties to coordinate approval, access, assessment and installation.
